In early July of 2021 Capt. Mike Perna and his 1st Mate Milan Kalelkar aboard the M/V Mighty Mo (C-4), made a very significant find of worked silver at the Anchor Wreck (8IR46/S23). This find was published on the 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels, LLC (1715 Fleet) web site in late August of 2021. Over a number of months during the winter of 2021/2022 Capt. Cannon News - Part 1!
In 2018 a cannon was raised from the 1715 Fleet Sandy Point wreck site (8IR20/S23) to go on permanent display along the waterfront in downtown Fort Pierce, Florida. The project was conceived by City of Fort Pierce consultant Matthew Samuel. The cannon was donated to the City of Fort Pierce by 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels, LLC principles George Friedel and Ric Harshman, along with agreement by the U.S. District Admiralty Court as well as the Florida Department of State and the Flo
