Douglas Beach gold and silver discovered

debris field where he thought the chances were good for the discovery of gold and/or silver coins. In addition to the gold coin 4 small 1715 fleet silver coins were also discovered as well as a lead shot and an encrusted spike. Adding to the excitement of the day a French film crew was aboard to capture the action on film.
