Coming Soon to The History Channel!
During the 2021 summer’s exploration and recovery season on the 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels, LLC shipwrecks, we were pleased to host a film crew from the History Chanel’s “Beyond Oak Island” series. The crew did a lot of filming with various persons involved with the 1715 fleet recovery projects. From beachcombers, to historians, to going out on the 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels salvage vessel the M/V Capitana, captained by long time historic shipwreck salvor Capt. Greg Bounds. They also filmed 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels principles George Friedel and Ric Harshman as well as 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels Operations Manager Capt. John Brandon. The two different shows concerning with1715 fleet material are set to air on January 4th and 25th on the History Channel. Be sure to watch!
