Gold Rosary Remnants

Captain Levin Shavers (Pictured), who is running Dan Porter's salvage vessel the M/V Seatrepid, and his crew made a discovery at Corrigan's wreck a few days ago of several remnant pieces of a gold rosary. The area was first excavated by Mel Fisher and his crew in the late 1960's. They found several pieces of a rosary and a few gold coins. In the early 1980's Captain John Brandon was able to relocate the area where Mel made his discoveries, after considerable effort, and recovered significantly more pieces of the rosary including a badly crushed gold cross along with a few more gold coins. Levin and crew went back to this area and found yet more sections of the rosary! Good work Levin and the Seatrepid crew!!!
